PBS news Chicago did a bad faith panel debate on huge taxpayer burden of ⬆️ police misconduct cases. Guest1, a lawyer who offered real solutions to lower # of offenses. Guest2, Paul Valas who offered only imposing limits on victim compensation and brushed off misconduct as an issue.
