American politics makes a lot more sense when you realize that the GOP is afraid of pissing off the GOP base, and the Dems are afraid of pissing off the GOP base, but neither party is afraid of pissing off the Dem base.

A full-on remake would be unnecessary, but I wouldn't be against that, either.

All it really needs is a smoother framerate, more responsive controls, and maybe slightly buffed visuals. Otherwise, it's already (mostly) perfect.

I would say "unbelievable," but this tracks on every conceivable level after ten months of this bullshit.

I saw this live.

This pissed me off WAY more than I expected. Holy shit.

I watch sports to escape this turd, not have the rug be pulled.

THIS. IS NOT. OKAY.

Donnie dipshit between the announcers in the Fox booth on November 9, record 40th day of the GOP shutdown

Government is shut down. Chaos in airports. 42 million going hungry. 24 million face skyrocketing healthcare costs. Economy in turmoil. And the president of the United States is in the Fox broadcast booth calling plays for a football game.

Most Dems haven't lived up to this perilous year. The DNC elite are still doing Obama era politics, even though we're clearly LONG past that time.

Aside from them playing hardball during this gov shutdown, they've made the worst possible moves on every turn. It's maddening.

Ridiculing one Chrisian for not condemning sex workers while exalting the billionaire "Christian" president who's breaking up families, starving the poor, stealing from the country, doing extrajudicial killings, and covering up sex crimes is diabolical work.

Some journalist you are.

Sylens is such a great character. It's unfortunate that Lance Reddick won't be voicing him for the next game, but I hope he gets a worthy send-off in the next game.

To be fair, that percentage of registered New York voters who chose not to vote is on par with most states. It's an American problem, not just an NY issue.

The full weight of western capitalism is about to laser focus on NYC. The robber barons failed to win and will panic. They will sabotage NYC because the system cannot allow Mamdani's term to be successful. They cannot allow people to believe things can be better. Your job now is to hold the line.

That treasure was meant to be unlocked by Ashley with the key ring. You simply missed that chest before the chase sequence. This wasn't the game being deliberately vague, but I understand why it annoyed you.

At the very least, you don't need anything that was left behind.

if you didn't follow the VA governor race you didn't know that Earle-Sears ran like a billion anti-trans campaign ads and Spanberger didn't flinch or pull a Newsom.

going all-in against trans people is a losing move, especially when the federal government has made harming and killing us a priority.

As much as I enjoyed RE4 in 2006, I was not a fan of the story and its juvenile sense of humor. I'm glad RE4 remake toned that way down, added some genuinely creepy atmosphere, and made Luis and especially Ashey way more endearing.

For fans who decry the changes, they can always go back to OG RE4.

To be fair, Shinji Mikami didn't care for RE4's plot, and he wrote the damn script. He even suggested fixing RE4's story if it was remade. So there's that.

Tbh, I never vibed with RE4's story, despite enjoying the game, so I was okay with the changes, such as Ashley being likable this time.

I was a freshman in college. I even remember one "lucky" 360 owner in my dorm being foolish enough to announce his good fortune, despite living on the 1st floor with a broken window. Guess what happened next?

Now I'm 11 months from being 40 y/o. Time flies so much faster now. It needs to stop, lol

As someone who has said plenty of awful things online as a result of this turbulent year, you're doing fine. I understand feeling guilty for not doing more, but burning yourself out helps nobody. We need to sustain ourselves for the long night ahead. Being a joyful beacon is more than enough.

Every time YouTube brings up so-called community standards and acts like the arbiter of trust & safety, feel free to remember it’s a platform where Nazis are allowed to say what they please and mentioning the Holocaust by name is considered inappropriate.

Meanwhile, shit libs won't shut up about George Clooney, Chapelle Roan, and Greta Thunberg's alleged inaction on Sudan to deflect their own failures this past year.

You dense fucks don't get to judge anyone after ignoring genocide for two years, then allow blatant Islamaphobia like this to fester.

If I didn't have to work, there's at least half a dozen things that I'd prioritize immediately without worrying about the weekly work grind.

I get that American society disincentives a healthy work-life balance, but for god's sake, you still need to try something. This shit is sad.

Hi, I’m a small business owner running for local school board and I believe in 3 things:

1) pledge allegiance to Israel or die

2) kids don’t need to know how to read

3) bring back God in our communities

4) Everything I’ve ever seen on Facebook

Vote for me, Grawson Hamngley

The Halo ICE meme is a litmus test for those that understand what government propaganda is and isn't.

Companies putting on politically adjacent events, and cosmetics in their games for things they actively support and believe in is not the same as the DHS using Halo as a "meme".

Jeffrues, just say that you hate Mamdani because you're an Islamaphobic, Zionist shill, and that you hate your progressive base.

At the very least, that's way more honest and sounds far less stupid than this word salad you're tossing around. Jesus Christ.
