One would think that "signature policies" should fall with in established laws. That's not what is happening with Trump's tariffs.

At least they FINALLY admitted why they refused to negotiate on the shutdown. First they lied and promised Dems they would “negotiate” this, but only AFTER they voted for the CR. But Dems were correct when they assessed that Republicans NEVER intended to extend these subsidies.

This year he made things more expensive, so that next year he can “work on” bring down prices & the MAGA crowd will cheer.

Impeach, convict & remove.

A SSRS/CNN poll showing 61% people think Trump has gone too far using the power of the presidency and 57% think he's gone too far deporting immigrants.

People fucking hate this guy. They fucking hate ICE. They fucking hate how much power he has. He is at 63% overall disapproval to 37% approval. That's lower than their poll after January 6th. And this poll was done before he started intentionally starving people. I wish our media would reflect this.

Instead of asking the Speaker of the House if he has a view on <critical separation-of-powers QOTD>, maybe reporters should start asking him if he reads any newspapers or otherwise informs himself on those matters to which we might think the Speaker of the House ought to be paying attention?
