Our first Vampire Sessions will be THIS FRIDAY (7/11), starting at 1930 / 2000. We'll be meeting for casual sets and practice, and there will be voice chat in the Rushdown Edinburgh Discord.

Hello everyone, welcome to Vsav Scotland! I'm hoping to ignite some fire into our community for this game, so I'll be hosting weekly sessions, monthly tournaments, and keeping everyone up to date with everything Vampire Saviour in Scotland!

Cuphead, all bosses S ranked (DLC included), all run n guns P ranked. What a game!

Ngl I was hoping I'd get him bracket because I really want one of these lol

After last night, I'm in 2 minds with regards to Vsav

On one hand, I feel like putting a pin in it, playing it every Oct and accepting my 2nd place

On the other, I feel like going all fucking in, grinding the shit out of it, and claiming my undisputed title as best vsav player in Scotland

Unsure.

Cuphead + DLC (replay)

Top 5 game for me. Immaculate presentation, artstyle, music and gameplay. Bosses and animations are so creative. Only downside is the run n guns, but they are optional. Perfect difficulty curve, the ultimate 'one more try' game.

Metal Gear Solid

Great game, amazing voice acting, interesting story and twists and amazing characters. Least enjoyable part of the game for me is actually the gameplay, but it's still really good. Best game over screen of all time. Looking forward to playing MGS2 at some point.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons

Thought I'd try some Nintendo IPs I haven't played before. Can't believe how much I liked this, didn't think I'd like it at all. I rolled the credits so I guess I 'completed' it? Anyway, still playing, there's loads left to do. Will try and stop playing. Hopefully..

Alien Earth

Really enjoyed it! For me, expanding on the Alien universe is always good, one of my favourite film series. Great characters with good storyline. Episode 5 is one of the best eps of TV ever.

Just finished up a hard more playthrough and all the steam achievements and I'm sad it's over. My goty for sure!

A Link to the Past

Didn't enjoy it that much really. Difficult in a frustrating way, some quests were hard to follow and it was sometimes difficult to find the way forward. Can't imagine playing this and finishing it without help. 3D Zelda's are way better imo.

I will try MGS again, I'm sure I wasn't in the mood for it. Lttp just seems difficult (but not fun) and it's hard to figure out the next move without spending hours searching around

I wonder if people who have nostalgia for Link to the Past would like the game if they played it for the first time now.
