In a 5-4 decision, the United States Supreme Court has declined to delay President-elect Trump’s sentencing in the hush money case which is scheduled to occur on Friday.

The vote was 5-4 with Justices Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, Alito, and Thomas in the minority.
