This is especially the case in the social media age, where mass demos are no longer proof of formal networks capable of making specific demands, accepting concessions, or acting in a coordinated way in other environments (the ballot box, the workplace).

The situation is unfortunately different in other W European countries. Denmark, for instance, has relied solely on volunteers for the past 15 years. There is a war positive atmosphere 😔
