Met a lady foraging mushrooms. Huge basketful of beautiful big brown caps with yellow undersides. Did ask her what they were but didn’t really understand what she said so just nodded.

Apparently the solution is to just not get stressed.

Easy! Why didn’t I think of that.

Things can often magnify if you have no one to talk it through with especially if you can’t put these things to one side and have a rest from them. Is there someone close by that can come and sit with you and at the very least distract you for a short while?

So sorry it’s really tough atm. Nothing wrong with a good cry or a bit of a wallow. Bit of a rant on here and some rest.
Hopefully then there’ll be some reasons to make you smile and feel more able to deal with things. Life is a bit of a slog.

Seems a very wise way to spend a rainy and windy Saturday.

How are we half way through the day already?!

Once fully awake I knew it wasn’t true and a dream. It’s that first panic when you wake that’s so unsettling.

Was a bit. Exhausted now.

Had a nightmare. It took me a while to realise it was a nightmare and not real.
Stupid brain.

Ooooohhhhh. Might add some chicken to that too.
