When I started my NHS journey at the Sandyford, in 2006, the waiting list was so short I was seen within a few months and was on HRT before the end of the year.

The Sandyford saved my life and gave me a way out of reliance on prostitution for my emancipation.

So sad to see what's happening now πŸ˜₯

Very insistent, is The Times leader today, that the Supreme Court ruling is clear. But even it can't agree what the ruling means.

Snips from The Times on 4/11/25, 12/9/25 and 26/9/25.

Farage called misogynist influencer Andrew Tate an "important voice for men" and wants to scrap the online safety law that protects children from extreme pornography and women from revenge porn. Reform have no plan to keep people safe online.

Why stop at all trains? No car should be allowed on the road unless a dedicated police officer is on board. Any non-tandem bike is henceforth banned. Single-person parachutes allow rogue actors to literally descend upon innocent members of the public.

NORAH O'DONNELL: Looked at this, the government at the time said that C.Z. had caused "significant harm to U.S. national security", essentially by allowing terrorist groups like Hamas to move millions of dollars around. Why did you pardon him? PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP: Okay, are you ready? I don't know who he is. I know he got a four-month sentence or something like that. And I heard it was a Biden witch hunt. And what I wanna do is see crypto, 'cause if we don't do it it's gonna go to China, it's gonna go to-- this is no different to me than AI. My sons are involved in crypto much more than I-- me. I-- I know very little about it, other than one thing. It's a huge industry. And if we're not gonna be the head of it, China, Japan, or someplace else is. So I am behind it 100%. This man was, in my opinion, from what I was told, this is, you know, a four-month sentence. But this man was treated really badly by the Biden administration. And he was given a jail term. He's highly respected.

The full CBS interview with Trump about the pardon of Binance's Changpeng Zhao is shocking. "Why did you pardon him?" "I have no idea who he is. I was told that he was a victim ... They sent him to jail and they really set him up. That's my opinion. I was told about it."

No trials. No concerns about side effects. No moral panic.

If your newspaper is giving Donald Trump softer headlines and gauzier coverage than People Magazine, that should be a bit of a wake up call.

The men who raised the flags Nigel Farage says this summer’s movement was led by β€˜ordinary people’ expressing their patriotism. That’s not what we found

"it is striking how many of the key players we have looked into β€” the people who have gone out of their way to put up hundreds of flags β€” seem anything but ordinary."

Great investigation of the Nazis, racists and criminals mobilising the flag-on-lamp-posts movement. This is the kind of journalism that the national media could and should have conducted:

If the right really wants free speech in universities, why is it so obsessed with discrediting students? | Jason Okundaye The media loves to manufacture outrage about what students get up to – and to discipline those who dare challenge conservatives, says Jason Okundaye, a Guardian assistant newsletter editor

What could possibly burst Nvidia’s $5tn bubble? Now more valuable than the German economy, the chipmaker has invested in AI ventures with unclear returns

"Spending on data centres, which are filled with Nvidia’s chips, accounted for 92% of US gross domestic product growth in the first half of the year."

Consuming vast amounts of resources and energy. But what _good_ will they do?

91% of UK trans people don't trust the Labour Party, survey reveals 91% of trans respondents in a YouGov poll conducted between July and August, commissioned by the Good Law Project, said they distrust Labour.

β€œBefore the election it promised to β€˜remove indignities for trans people who deserve recognition and acceptance.’ But in government it has lined up alongside the Tories and Reform UK at the cruelty Olympics.” – @goodlawproject.org
