THE SAVE ACT WON'T "SAVE" ANYTHING Prohibits Pennsylvanians from using their driver’s license or other Pennsylvania-provided identification to register to vote. Disenfranchises Pennsylvanians who have changed their name, including almost 3 million married women. Disallows Pennsylvania servicemembers to use their military ID alone when registering to vote. Prevents Pennsylvanians from registering to vote by mail, or registering to vote online. Disenfranchises Pennsylvanians in rural areas with limited access to governmental offices and services. Forces Pennsylvanians to pay over $876 million just to register to vote!

THE SAVE ACT is going to harm you, not "SAVE" YOU! ID for voter registration must indicate American citizenship. No state's standard license does! It will be mandated that registrants present photo ID AND a birth certificate if they do not have a passport. Servicemembers must obtain their service record and present it alongside their military ID. Service record must indicate place of birth within the U.S.! Registrants will be required to present proof of citizenship, in person, at the office of an appropriate election official. Potential costs to Pennsylvanians registering to vote under the SAVE Act: Up to $30 for a copy of your Birth Certificate $130 for an Adult Passport + $35 execution fee (applying for the first-time), and additional fees for expedited processing and shipping.

The SAVE Act is going to harm you, not "SAVE" you! It’s a federal takeover of PA’s election administration that will make it harder for ALL Pennsylvanians to exercise their right to vote. Tell Congress to vote NO on the SAVE Act!
