There’s way too many storefronts because of natural corporate greed from landlords

Definitely in agreement with getting rid of the mall, but we should be ensuring the new development has a commitment to the communities best interest
-affordable housing
-spaces for small business owners
-a year round ice skating rink

There’s always plenty of money to do things that involve subjugating people domestically and abroad but somehow public transit,housing and social services always need to be “fiscally responsible” and cut service.

Every mall I got footage from I was able to get to without a car in a reasonable time. Infact 2 of them had transit centers on site.

Cities completely underutilize traffic calming and modal filters on local sidestreets.

not only do they make local streets safer to bike and walk along, but they also make the neighborhood look better too!

I know transit is pretty bad across North America, but most of you have no excuse to not take transit at least once a week.

At some point you have to charge drivers their fair share if you want to have a walkable city.
