I don’t have much to say about Tarantino’s recent list. But I see his interest in adrenaline-pumping narratives and/or male melancholy as a rule. The lack of any stories like ‘The Zone of Interest’ or ‘The Lives of Others’ tells me that he is far removed from the rest of humanity. His loss.
