More than 20 Metropolitan Police officers broke down the front door of a Quaker meeting house to arrest six women who had met to discuss climate change and Gaza. It is thought to be the first time in the history of the famously ­pacifist Quakers that police have forced their way into one of their places of worship. The women, aged between 18 and 38, were sitting in a circle eating hummus and bread sticks on Thursday evening as part of a ­“welcome meeting” for Youth Demand, which calls itself a non-violent protest group.

I know the right wing media finds it all very difficult so, in an attempt to be helpful, this is what an actual interference with free speech looks like.

Went to go see Princess Mononoke in IMAX tonight and was viscerally reminded of two things: animation is one of the most emotionally affecting forms of filmmaking, and animation is one of the most emotionally affecting forms of filmmaking because humans created every part of it.

Haha! Yep, I've looked at this as an option and it would be ridiculously expensive. I just can't believe that no-one else has looked at the freeform soup market here (well, soup that's free of maltodextrin and all of the other rubbish!)

Sadly not. They stopped shipping to the UK around a year ago. 😩 I can't eat any others and I'm a dreadful cook! 😆

If anyone's looking for a good business start-up in the UK, a free-from organic veg or lentil soup (that's free of all additive nasties too) would be a good contender as you'll have zero competitors.

(I miss Amy's Kitchen soups SO much)
