Lloyd Alexander Exhibit at BYU Features Author's Possessions A small room in the Harold B. Lee Library offers a glimpse inside the creative world of a Newbery-winning fantasy author, Lloyd Alexander.

He wasn’t, but he donated his manuscripts and office contents to BYU. There’s a nice little exhibit in the library there.

Not participating or anything, just on a field trip with a theatrical makeup college class.

I had an English-to-Lao dictionary which contained this gem. Brackets indicate translated Lao:

"cowherd: [person who raises cattle]"
"cowboy: [person who raises cattle in Texas]"

Sadly I lost the book itself, so no photo proof :(
