I live in the area the complaints are coming from, but I can't say we've noticed any issues with asphalt fumes, and we've been sleeping with some windows open. I'm sure it's weather related as to where the fumes go or concentrate in.

With all due respect, I don't want to see BC Housing or CRHC involved in co-op housing. The feds need to prioritize this within their new housing initiative, alongside the "wartime" housing rapid development strategy. I'll write to the federal ministers involved...

I'm glad to see the CRHC initiating new housing, but I'm puzzled why new co-op housing is not being developed to help solve the lack of affordable housing in our area.

A year ago today, the most spectacular #Aurora Borealis with Coronae gave us a superb show, converging directly overhead. Observed from southern Vancouver Island. Flashes of red, hot pink, and green in rapid succession amazed us.
