I did a two hour learn to speed skate class once and my thighs were so sore that for two days after, I couldn’t sit down unassisted.

When I started skating again last year after (14????) years away, I just kept saying all I want is to do a toe loop again one more time in my life and I just came off a practice where I did so many toe loops, half flips, waltz jumps and scratch spins and I’m really just so full of joy about it
