This is actually good news. We have to get comfortable celebrating small victories where we can right now.

It’s wild to me how the thousands of young people going into decades of debt to attend these schools — and pinning their career prospects to the value of a degree bearing the school’s name — are usually treated like an afterthought in these news stories.

i struggle to fully articulate what bothers me so much about true crime media - considering i'm someone who's intentionally spent a lot of my career studying war crimes and atrocities and who also enjoys dark humor - and i think it comes down to the overall *tone* of so much of it
