Hehe, yeah, I remember Rob Stein III telling me he didn't keep any of the stuff from the Trilobyte days. We asked him if he still had the 3D model of Soup Head. He was nice enough to create a new (and a lot scarier) Soup Head for our album cover.

I don't recall if all the MIDIs are on the discs — I never bothered to check, assuming you *had* stuffed them into a file somewhere. The ones we used as the basis for Soup's On I just found on the internet somewhere. 😆

Sorry for the confusion. I was talking about The 11th Hour movie where the music is baked into the FMVs. We wanted to isolate the dialogue so we could clean it up. The goal was to essentially rebuild the FMVs with cleaner dialogue, remastered music, and upscaled video.

Oh, heh, it sounded like it was an unhip old-people thing. My misunderstanding.

We were making pretty good headway with the soundtrack, though. We figured out how to isolate the dialogue from the background music so we could "rebuild" the soundtrack in high fidelity. I've also got an upscale of the movie but, again, it's not exactly perfect. Quite a lot of wobbly artefacts.

That's some Lost Media gold right there. I also tried to see if Rob had the original pre-compressed movie of 11th Hour somewhere so we could re-digitize it and remaster it, but that's apparently also lost to time.

I used that one extensively as a source for my 7th Guest video. I remember reading it a long time ago and being fascinated with the story.
