Made pancakes, 'cos... well, obviously. While tossing them, thought back smugly to a crêpes evening at a meeting of the student Cercle Français at my uni where I heard a couple of French attendees mocking me for my battered old frying pan and lack of expertise. Until I flipped them like a pro. Ha! 😁
