I think it is always worth responding to these things as the agencies have to address the comments raised, and even if they move forward as planned, then at least there is a record of whether they appropriately addressed the science that can be re-examined by a court, if challenged.

This. I have tremendous empathy for climate anxiety and despair, but very little for those telling others it's too late. The former is unavoidable to some degree if you understand what we're up against, the latter is untrue (climate isn't pass/fail and every degree matters) and undermines action.

NC Leg wasted time today overriding the Governor's veto to make sure that they have an incorrect definition of gender, so as to pretend trans people don't exist. At least one Dem cross lines to make it so. :/
