I generally plan for 2-3 hours to review a paper, including writing the review. Sadly, too many mediocre papers that aren’t wrong enough to dismiss with a short review, but too sloppy to accept without a lot of revisions.

I hope the new HHS secretary will encourage -- nay, command -- all Republican politicians to drink mass quantities of raw milk.
