Some really positive data there and also some surprises. I had no idea Colorado has such high EV & PHEV penetration. Also Nevada, wow I wouldnβt have expected that.

06.10.2025 05:52 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Absolutely agree, tying any long term agreement to the US is not sound policy at present. On top of that, US companies havenβt been able to provide an example of a successful development of modular nuclear reactors yet, so this makes it even more pie in the sky.

07.08.2025 07:13 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0What do you think contributes most to the difference in $ per watt in the us? Are labor costs that much higher or land leases more costly? Interconnection que and permitting a factor? Maybe some added costs to address Nimby-ism via community outreach although Iβm sure thatβs a global phenomenon.
06.08.2025 06:52 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Great summary! I like how you stress the need for adaptation work as well. Iβve been thinking about this lately. As the effects begin to roll in, itβs becoming more clear that weβll need to walk and chew gum at the same time - do both mitigation and adaptation work simultaneously.

13.07.2025 07:00 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Thank you for explaining this. I have seen these stripes and wondered what they meant, and also where they came from. Much appreciated!

01.05.2025 07:02 β π 6 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Do you know why SAI wonβt work? Iβd love to know more. I always assumed it would be a fairly simple process, but the ramifications were what kept governments from trying it. Sounds like I need to dive into this topic a little more.

08.02.2025 08:10 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0This is encouraging news! Would be great if the idea spread through the farming sector in other European countries. ππ‘
31.01.2025 08:34 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0The answer to your question is so obvious that you donβt need to ask it. Which means you either donβt understand basic climate science or you are a bot or you already have an opinion on the topic and donβt βagreeβ. If these are genuine questions, then start putting in the work. Read lots of reports!

29.01.2025 08:36 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0On the topic of books in this genre, I loved βThe Delugeβ by Stephen Markley. One of my favorite Cli-fi books yet. It also incorporates the topics of wealth inequality and a rising trend towards authoritarianism. π€

Great ideas here on your post! Youβre harnessing mind power here.
This is shifting baseline syndrome all the way, and I am guilty of it too. I find myself longing for GWB back in lieu of, but do you remember the illegal and completely unjustified invasion of Iraq, a sovereign nation? It was horrific at the time, but now GWB seems mild in comparison.
