Use the parchment paper liners you can get. Saves cleaning messes so much. I’d never not use them.

I even use it as a toaster and to heat up pizza- tho mine is small so I have to fold the pizza in half hahahah. But fish and chicken and roasted vegetables are so easy - make sure you get paper liners to keep the messes at bay.
