The Hedge Knight ones are short stories
Yeah I got back into reading when kiddo finished Highschool and I had to stop working due to medical stuff. Kees me saneโฆ.ish
Oh right, wrong answers onlyโฆ..
Anything with a spice! (S&P donโt count) ๐
Oh I always knew (I read too much) but was surprised they made him reveal it so early in the show.

02.02.2026 04:31 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Today is a writing day. I have a story that itches to be taken care of.
Had icecream for breakfast, cause for me, Feb 1st is that day!
February is such a miserably cold and snowy month. Icecream for breakfast is a bit of a pick-me-up.
Iโve been looking forward to it all week as I write it on my calendars. So to me, itโs today!
Strawberry icecream with homemade strawberry jam warmed up to be like a syrupy sauce!
No they havent responded. It doesnt look like have been online in months either.
I did try reporting the list but I appear to still be on it
I appear not to have liquid leaking from my skull anymoreโฆ.
Am I finally on the mend after 100+ days on insanely strong antibiotics???
Am I going to avoid having a chunk of my skull removed???
I canโt wait until my next specialist appt!
I may finally be on the final 9 days of IV meds!!! Yay!!
Never would have believed a Fallout world could actually be in our future til him. Craziness!
After tomorrow the polar cold lifts for a few days. Hopefully I can tackle the rest of my driveway then without freezing my toes
I have a fry cutter machine so make my own fries and hash browns for the most part. But maybe 1-3 times a year I run out of potatoes.
I went into winter with 200 lbs of potatoes this year. Lol
Oh looks like mcains has been switching to rice flours, thats fairly new
31.01.2026 23:50 โ ๐ 2 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Yeah allergies/celiac has me reading labels and product websites for a decade or so now.
Have a goodnight!
McCains coats a lot of the fries in flour to make them crispy and prevent them from sticking to eachother.
Cavindish has a few wheat containing products but does them last in a production line, then cleans everything thoroughly to maintain allergen free product status
Oh for sure, seems like a one-time investment wouldnโt be that big of a deal for a major company.
Spirals canโt be their only product if they specify 92%. I suspect any of the products that started in the US first, like spicy fries and spiral fries, might be American made.
One article I read with the company quote โthey do it in the US because we donโt have a machine that does spirals in Canadaโ but 92% of their products is Canadian. Iโve been to one of their Summerside PEI farms.
Still prefer Cavendish though because I canโt have wheat.
Being alive burns energy. So it makes sense.
Luminous beings, are we!
I thought it was only their spiral fries that were made in the USA?

31.01.2026 23:09 โ ๐ 2 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Iโve never been told to take off the n95 but have been told to put a hospital mask over top of it.
I was wearing masks at uni during flu season long before covid existed. Autoimmune. Ended up with a pneumonia that lasted 3 months before (2015) and said never again.
I did but it took me a bit to get into it. I think I re-started it 3 times before I got far enough for it to sink itโs teeth into me
31.01.2026 21:50 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0I did the Raven Scholar as my first read of the year and now have to wait for a sequel. Itโll be a trilogy.

-Roasted buttery home-potatoes (and hash browns)
-Slow-cooked roast beef
-Open-faced turkey sandwiches smothered in gravy
-East Coast molasses brown bread, warm from the oven
-sushi pizza
Never thought about it, but I can list foods that MAKE me explode ๐๐
31.01.2026 20:26 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Itโs a picture of ICE, if you look at the caption.
They did not have photos of the Canadian events. The article was about why police were on stand-by when itโs not their job
Iโve been wrongly celebrating โIcecream For Breakfast Dayโ on the 1st of February each year and only just now discovered itโs the first SATURDAY of February
I kinda want to do it tomorrowโฆcalendars be damned
Today is Hot Chocolate Day for anyone else partaking, I went with Citavo๐ฌ๐ง. I was out of๐จ๐ญ
This post also explains other duties well

Yup! There is a pre-clearance section of Pearson that is considered โUSAโ for the purposes of immigrations and customs processing.
Itโs also reciprocal.
