01.11.2025 22:52 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Who is it that is alleging they were drug traffickers? It certainly wasn't a court of law
28.10.2025 17:10 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I want an executable file man
27.09.2025 15:17 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Lmao pretty accurate and fair though. Should've included Startpage too
25.09.2025 18:48 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Seems pretty sane to me
23.09.2025 23:20 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0No, he just would've added scrutiny to the merger
23.09.2025 06:54 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0At least it's not the US
22.09.2025 15:15 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0I think you are saying things that you want me to think, not what I actually think. I don't think you want a substantive or productive conversation so I'm gonna end it here
21.09.2025 18:39 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0"A completely unqualified, inexperienced hack. But she has great hair. Did she have to let Trump grab her by the pussy to get the nomination?"
What about this is directed at trump?
I just think the way we talk about current events is important, And frankly I disagree that it's a losing battle
I mean I tend to believe that yes, this woman is more than likely unqualified, but if your going to critique someone, do it on their merits instead of stooping to MAGA's level
21.09.2025 18:04 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Not to be that guy, but what makes this post any different from the people saying Kamala slept her way into being VP
21.09.2025 16:52 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Bro's like "have you seen how much autism rates have gone up" and then decides to stop measuring autism rates

18.09.2025 15:18 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Surely this won't cause inflation
17.09.2025 18:27 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0If any one of these headlines could've been time traveled to before the election, the GOP would've immediately denied it and called the left conspiracy theorists. Now they just say it outright
16.09.2025 15:22 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0This looks great
13.09.2025 20:39 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0To answer your question,
Yes
You see that big purple chunk pre-2011? Even if Germany built no new nuclear reactors after fukushima, and had just kept what it had, that would generate as much energy as Germany gets from burning coal today. Here's the full graph btw, you'll see that for decades nuclear was a clean power supply
08.09.2025 17:48 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0New reactors are certainly less competitive than other energy offerings like wind and solar, but old reactors that haven't reached expiration are very cheap to operate
08.09.2025 16:50 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 2 π 0All countries subsidize there energy sectors as it's a strategic way to gain energy independence, but even then Germany spends $10 billion more than France does
08.09.2025 16:48 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0The "right thing" has resulted in expensive energy and dependence on Russian oil. Every day you can go and look at the difference between the countries that kept nuclear, and those that got rid of it. Germany is behind on energy because of this

The better time to decommission nuclear would've been when they were set to expire, they are in fact losing out on money that could've been created from keeping these plants alive. Renewables being expensive at the time is all the more reason why the CDU shouldn't have folded to public pressure
06.09.2025 00:24 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0But nuclear is still cheaper than coal, so why would Germany phase out nuclear if they then increased the burning of coal for energy?
06.09.2025 00:11 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 2 π 0Nuclear is only more expensive for NEW projects, maintaining older reactors with pre-existing infrastructure is very economical. And irregardless of renewables, there's a real discussion to be had about the effects of decommissioning nuclear. France's energy is half the cost for a reason
05.09.2025 23:00 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0You brought up wanting to phase out coal, I'm saying that phasing out nuclear does the opposite of phasing out coal. This happens from an increase in the price of energy, which therefore creates an incentive for people to burn coal.
05.09.2025 22:51 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0I'm of the opinion that decommissioning nuclear energy and phasing out coal are two opposing ideas. When you phase out nuclear, you increase the demand for energy relative to supply, increasing to incentive for burning coal. If you want to call me a liar again, tell me what it is I'm lying about
05.09.2025 22:28 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 2 π 0You're attacking me, not my argument
05.09.2025 21:42 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0That's not what I'm saying. After Germany decommissioned nuclear, they started burning more coal to make up for the energy deficit, which is both more expensive and more deadly. Any situation where you find yourself decommissioning nuclear to burn coal is absurd
