Just go anywhere you can taste test it first, you can easily tell if it's good or not from that (because good balsamic is delicious). I got mine from a guy at a craft fair who was also selling olive oil.

Plastic straws got banned in Seattle in 2018, and there was a period between that happening and someone inventing biodegradable plastic straws where you just kind of had to deal with these really shitty paper straws at every restaurant. Didn't see it much outside of Seattle, though.
