As is my Birthday Eve tradition, I'm stoned and watching Groundhog Day (the musical this time). At the end when the new day finally comes and another chance at life begins, that'll be February 3rd.

A lot of Muppet fans say that Muppets Most Wanted is one of the stand-outs of recent-day Muppet projects, forgetting that it's cursed with RG's presence.

My brother, who should be too young to even know about him, kept trying to tell me the "awesome" things he said to rich and famous people, until I reminded him that RG is also rich and famous(-ish).

Ugly, unfunny, irrelevant man upset that prettier, talented, more popular people also have better opinions.

They're filming something outside the diner down the block, production vehicles wrapped around all four sides of a city block, lots of extras walking up and down the sidewalk. Tried to be nosy, but couldn't get close enough to find out what it is.

I did pay, but it was super cheap. It's an introductory workshop for people submitting to the Fringe Fest, so I gotta go in order to learn what I need to do. I think it's going to be informative and informal, so I should be ok? I'd just hoped to be social enough to make friends while I'm there.
