That's the thing; it's a direct 25% tariff on items from CA & MX plus the 10% tariff on engery from CA. 61% of oil used in USA is from CA. That's an instant 10% increase on oil, before it gets refined. It'll be interesting to see the effect on refined products like gas/diesel & therefore shipping
