Dimir midrange seems to be picking up a little in popularity again, though I would guess the popular decks are similar to the Minneapolis RC. Orzhov Pixie and Omni are teched for the Cutter matchup, though I'm not sure you need to be very worried about Pixie

Sounds like it's specifically with US origin cards? In my experience the cards from the EU and Japanese printers are usually significantly better, unless that's also a problem for this set?

Ah fair. Just keep playing, you'll get them over time. Also, spending your gold on packs can help collect wildcards a bit faster if you aren't already :)

Also, for quality of life purposes, some people put Beseech the Mirror in the sideboard because it's quicker than Stopgap when you're combo-ing. Though it wouldn't be optimal in a paper tournament

Haha I see. Are you playing Bo1? I know a lot of people are playing 2 or 3 Grand Abolishers for post-board games against interactive decks, it's why the Caverns are so useful

Imagine if WotC banned cards to make every deck 50/50 in every matchup. It would be impossible, but also it would defeat the purpose of most of the game and its competitive elements 🤷‍♀️

ISO is fine and easy to read in general. MM/DD/YYYY is just awful most of the time. MM/DD too, when it's ambiguous
