Lymphotoxin alpha eradicates acute myeloid leukemia and simultaneously promotes healthy hematopoiesis in mice
Lymphotoxin alpha represses acute myeloid leukemia by depleting TRAF2 and triggering cell death and myeloid differentiation.
Congrats to Sayan, Michael, Philipp, Ulrike, and everyone else who contributed to this new story! It was an effort of many years; so happy to be included as a part of this study. We hope it will contribute to the development of novel AML and other cancer therapies!
