I found this Rose Chafer #Beetle while on a trip to #Anglesey back in July. It was clumsily flying around and landed on a busy path in need of rescue.

I found a mating pair of #sawflies. As they were predisposed I managed a few shots.

Hoverflies are often mistaken for #bees or #wasps, but these #dipterans have no ability to sting you.

This is entirely intentional evolutionary trait known as Batesian mimicry.
