...start using my iPad and apple pencil pro to do it. What app do I want to use for that? I'm not looking to design quilts, I'm mostly just trying to figure out things like hst placements or things I can do with scraps (see photos), so I'm not looking for something really techy. Any suggestions?

Quilters of bluesky - I recently got a new iPad, my old one was 9 years old and was basically only good for watching videos, so I'm not up to date in my Apple app knowledge (I have a Samsung phone). I usually draw out designs I want to quilt on graph paper and colour them in, but I'd like to (1)

I decided to go with the yellow stripe for the binding, and I like it! It feels fresh and doesn't detract from the actual topper. Now, to hand stitch the binding on. #quiltsky

I'm making a topper for this little table, and I just need to select a binding fabric. I'm trying to use up all my striped fabrics for bindings (I was gifted a lot of stripes) rather than buy something. I've narrowed it down to these two - does one look better than the other? #quiltsky

And just to be clear, I am a person that actually does conform to a so called "feminine standard", I'm a pretty girly girl. But I don't need to be personally targeted to see and understand the threat.

As a cis woman, I am way more afraid of the men busting into women's bathrooms and assaulting women that don't conform to the way they think a woman should look and act than I will ever be of the transgender people they claim to be protecting me from.

Quilted table runner is done and I love how it looks! Is like to make something coordinating to replace the quilts on my couch now but maybe in low volume neutral tones and not exactly the same pattern but using HSTs. The flowers were my mothers Day gift from kid 2. #quiltsky

I always hand sew my bindings, I've never been happy with how they come out on the machine and I always like having something to with my hands at night when I watch tv.

I got as far as partially adding sashing to the quilt I was working on and had to nope away from it. I'm doing. A table runner now, need some instant gratification.
