It's very upper ab focused and you gotta use your TA well throughout but I like that I don't have to think very hard 😌

After reading Compound Fracture for book club I have now RETURNED to One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest and it's soooooo fucking good man. It's crazy how good writing can be. It's also so nice to go into books like this relatively blind

Coworker found a baby ringtail possum that had been bitten by a cat or something bloody and cold but still alive on the ground and in the end bc we had no heating pads I cradled it to my chest the entire car trip to the vets and just tried to keep it from fading. Made it to the vets alive
