The second in the Bill Hodges trilogy exists to bridge Mr. Mercedes & End of Watch. Serviceable but uneven with predictable story beats. Temper expectations. The KITCHEN SUPPLIES teasers were legit funny, tho! #Booksky
Wish this thing would play The Twilight Zone theme. π€·ββοΈ It's never done that to me with pictures before.

Don't feel too bad. It feels pretty obscure. I'm surprised I do. π
28.09.2025 02:54 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Velveteen Rabbit was a sad one, but yeah, I remember that one, too. An obscure one for me is Max and the Magic Word.

Light on plot but punches above its weight philosophically. Agree with it or not (youβll likely do both), this book needs readers with views not ossified by time or habit & strives for readers to consider the world from a new angle. #BookSky

It *also* means every tech company wants to come here for the power and dry climate, which has these companies sucking up power and precious water like mad. π€¦ββοΈ

Second, I think the bigger takeaway is that so long as the procedure is performed by a qualified provider, you can jab that needle in your teeth and find success.
All hail democratized medicine!
