This seems like such a rare answer nowadays, but I'm exactly the same way. Maybe the villain is "more fun" because they get to break the rules, but I always wanted to be the good guy growing up. Still root for the good guy to win.

Anyone noticing a trend?

I'm old enough to recall when the value menus at fast food places were still a value.

Every character I write (at least the major ones) all take a little part from me. Some take more than others. I wonder if it's possible to hit 0% AND not have the writing come out flat.

Sometimes I spend my writing time anticipating getting interrupted. That way I'm ready for it.

Yeah, I didn't attack PhDs, either. Tried to give them their due. Still....

A remember playing levels where I was trying to see something, but the camera wouldn't show the entire stage unless both characters were in the spot. So I'd tell my brother, "No, come closer to me so I can see what's over here. No, I'm not going to uppercut you."

And sometimes I wasn't lying!

I'm not entirely sure what's happening...but I'm laughing! 😆
