25.10.2025 02:08 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 2 π 0Thank you so much! Going to try gastrochrom and going to test for mastocytosis just in case. Iβll keep reading your blog, itβs very helpful. Iβm not used to having these types of reactions to the things I have eaten for so long. Something switched βonβ for me.

I am for the first time in my life realizing that my newly found HaT gene has affected me and itβs really flaring right now. My allergist doesnβt buy into the MCAS diagnosis so I will be investigating more.

29.08.2025 00:07 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Why should I write better when a machine can do it for me? Because actually no one can do it for you, because your voice is unique among all the people on earth. Siri never petted a horse's neck. Alexa has never been ghosted by the captain of the football team. But you have lived, your heart is beating, you have suffered, and you have something important to say. It's a human's job, to use words, and whatever job you give to a machine, that part of your brain goes dark. Maybe it's worth it when it comes to remembering phone numbers and directions, but when that part of your brain that uses words goes dark, that's a vast area that's very close to your soul. Don't let some internet platform convince you that what you have to say and create isn't worthwhile. Words are the echo of your soul. Honing that echo matters.

The question, now, is whether Americans who hate tyranny can be roused to respond.β

Terrifying stuff. Sharp decline in insect numbers tied to global heating. They are at the base of ecosystems and their decline will reverberate upwards. The fact that this is probably going to happen in my life time.
We really need to stop burning fossil fuels today!
Earth will warm 1.5 degrees Celsius above preindustrial levels in just two years, new data shows. Irreversible tipping points β like the melting of Arctic ice sheets or the collapse of coral reefs β are closer at hand than previously believed.
04.06.2025 22:04 β π 4850 π 2411 π¬ 389 π 313THE DEATH OF A PRESIDENT - with the necessity for the sudden transfer of his enormous powers-is in many ways a supreme test for a democratic government. For what if the transfer did not go smoothly? What if policies were changed-foreign policies: what if a dΓ©tente was ended, new orders given; what if, along a border, the border between East and West Berlin, perhaps, tensions rose; what if tanks began to rumble forward, troops began to march; what if, in the harbors of naval bases, anchor chains began to rattle aboard so that fleets could sail? Or domestic policies: what if interest rates set by a government agency of which people had previously been only vaguely aware suddenly began to be raised, and raised too high-what if, as a result of that change, businesses that had planned to borrow money to expand suddenly found the cost of money too high, and had to contract instead, laying off employees? What if the rates were lowered-and lowered too far-and, as a result, inflation rose, and rose too far; what if currencies crumbled, life savings were eaten away, elderly couples suddenly facing impoverished old age? What if tax policies, or depreciation allowances, were changed, so that corporations abruptly found that expansions planned under the old policies would now be unfeasible, so they could no longer afford to add employees? What if previously announced government appropriations were suddenly rescinded or the schedule of their payments stretched out so that schools, hospitals, clinics, day-care centers, suddenly had bad news for students and patients; what if decisions were made not to build dams or roads on which people had been counting for employment? What if naval yards, aircraft factories were closed, their thousands of employees thrown out of work? What if adjustments were made in government health-care policies, so that families that had been struck by illness but had believed that at least their medical expenses were covered found all at once that in fact tβ¦

Here is a list of critical federal health programs for families that they want to cut.
Without these programs families will have fewer resources to care for loved ones, young and old. Those on the edge will fall into poverty.
