Today, together with all @glasgowgreens.bsky.social councillors, I wrote to the Foreign Secretary demanding urgent action to secure the safe release by Israel of humanitarian responders it has illegally detained, including my constituent Saddaqat Khan.

It's ranking at Council elections, an x in one box at Westminster elections and two xs on two papers for Holyrood. Another reason for independence - we can have a single voting system for all elections!

Without action, by the end of the parliament disposable incomes (after housing costs) will be on average £570 lower per year than today.

@lauramoodie.bsky.social writes about the decision to reject the creation of a new National Park - a glaring example of how the interests of wealthy landowners and businesses continue to overshadow the needs of working-class communities.

The Gov's cowardice on the National Park decision shows yet again that the SNP will always side with land owners over the rural working class. The communities who need investment and support the park ignored in favour of folk protecting their wealth. No investment, no jobs, no climate action.

How can the Greens grow in rural Scotland? "We're not a totally urban party and we shouldn’t be too quick to follow the narrative of other people."

With two huge elections coming up, what steps must we take to widen our appeal to every corner of Scotland?
