These plots are super interesting and informative, I'm keen to overlay some of my own data in this style. Are the respective PSM ID numbers for each PTM site from GPMDB available to download in bulk or programatically? I had a look at the documentation but couldn't work it out. Cheers!

Would be very interested to hear your thoughts on the effect (or implications for compound screening/target ID) of chemoproteomic-type enrichments on quant. Has anyone looked at LLOD/LLOQ/dynamic range when spiking in known ratios pre- and post-enrichment?
