2/2 There have been no issues with any other toll plaza, so it's this specific one. I just talked to customer service and they said I have to take my transponder in to have the battery tested first. But I'm curious if this is happening to anyone else.

1/2 I'm looking for anyone in NH who has an EZPass transponder and travels through the northbound Dover toll plaza. I noticed on my statements I'm being charged $.75 instead of $.53 because the scanner isn't catching my transponder and it captures my plate instead. It's been happening for months.
