This is what I take issue with. A better way would be to vote this through, and then advocate for a bill that is more specific to disabled individuals! I do not think it is fair that the Lords keep blocking a manifesto pledge.

Apparently she voted No on the premise that it doesn't protect disabled people, a fair enough reason on paper, but I think there is a better way to push for protections for disabled individuals.

That is fair enough, but blocking the bill altogether seems rather unfair, and I say this as a disabled person who uses a wheelchair.

We need a better opposition, as entertaining as it is to watch the Tories implode, democracy depends on the Tories being a decent opposition.

Mahler's Symphony No 9 has always been the hardest Mahler peice for me to get along with, but I had an epiphany today- the whole thing is absolutely staggering. It is incredible.

I think some MPs have forgotten that we are not in opposition anymore and this would be the PM. If the LP are going to go through the process of replacing Starmer, then they need to pick somebody who can address Starmer's biggest weakness, because it is not, getting things done. Starmer can do that.

Starmer hates politics, that is probably his biggest weakness. We need someone who can be good at politics, albiet not a career politician.
