Lol Play-Doh is one-time use and only an outside activity around here. We have some in a bin that the kids very timidly ask once in a great while if they can use, and I haven't said yes in years 😅 they get to do Play-Doh at school and Grandma's

Yup. And 7 y/o is impossible to drag out of bed before 7:30 on a school day but was up at 6:30 with them this morning! He's already completed at least one canvas from what I hear! 🙃

To be fair, he was supposed to bring his car in before everyone woke up, but homegirl (3) woke up at like 4:30

7:15 and my husband just set the kids up doing painting before he leaves for an hour to drop off his car and walk home while it gets new tires

Kids painting is my least favorite indoor activity. I'm still in bed behind a closed door and already my stress level is skyrocketing 🫠

For me, a group or even a partner to run with is super helpful for not bailing at the last minute when the cold hits my face. I don't like chatting or socializing while running, but just having another person there for solidarity and accountability makes a huge difference

My dad, OTOH, was his most dad self after he drove my car last month and had barely exited the car before asking with utmost concern about the tire pressure light. His relief quickly became rage at the tire shop that broke it 🤣

In this house we have tire pressure warnings year round bc the tire guys broke a sensor changing over snow tires and all but admitted it while saying it's impossible to fix and would just happen again 🙃

We even learned that to get a bachelor's degree where I went to business school. Maybe that's outdated now though, we were studying the freshly bankrupted Enron that may have cycled back into fashion nowadays
