She’s not perfect by any means, some of it’s surely deserved, but I just don’t think coming out of the election she had much good will on the left to tap into—the vibe, in my memory, was everyone arguing whether she ran a terrible campaign, or was simply a bad candidate from the start, or both.

I feel like since her loss, Clinton’s shown up to support the party when she can (she campaigned hard for Harris) and advocates for younger female leadership, while acknowledging that her power and influence in the party has wained so it’s not always helpful for her to insert herself in the convo.

Hillary’s been neoliberal; dem leaders running the party today (Schumer and Jeffries) still don’t advocate for the Squad. It would have been great if Clinton pushed further left, but I don’t think politicians like AOC really want her endorsement, as she’s clearly unpopular with swaths of the party.

I find it confusing that this is not connected the TS album.
