There’s so many people who have suffered tons of misfortune who are tolerant and nice and lots of super privileged people who are racist assholes

Some of the regular customers looked out for me.
Others very much were part of the problem.
It’s amazing how clumsy I could be with their drinks sometimes.

By 1994 I had a bar job.
I learned to deal with “banter” from the blokes.
I got good at dealing with it very quickly. But it was almost always my problem to deal with - they hardly ever got called out.

My eldest daughter finds this almost incomprehensible. And she has a bar job now.

I know the first movement is the most famous.
But the rest of this symphony is fucking amazing. Especially when it’s played like this. 😍

Hello, I’m a musician in a film.
The sounds coming out of my instrument bear no relation to what my hands/mouth/both are doing.

There is one per hour on a Sunday 😫

All day parking at the railway museum would have been a tenner.

I got dropped off, & am getting the train back.
It’s £13 to get me to Leeds , then more from Leeds to home.

And again, public transport is expensive & inconvenient.
I should have fucking driven.
