Just like Palestine now, land theft, racist genocide, & ecocide went hand in hand.

This meeting was crucial in shaping the ECHR.
Maybe it is time to listen to those who faced down fascism.
It's absolutely nuts. How do they not understand our economy? The creative industry adds Β£124bn to the economy. Universities contribute Β£265bn. Sea fishing is variable but hovers around Β£500mn, ie Β£0.5bn. Steel is Β£1.8bn direct, Β£2.4 indirect (via supply chains).
These people simply cannot count.
Also, I find it incredible that successive governments keep trying to knacker industries where the UK punches above its weight, such as an awful lot of the arts.

How that would warrant arrest is very unclear. I wonder if the police here even understand the boundaries of the bizarre law theyβve been forced to enforce.

This has, of course, long been a known issue. Back in 2020, Eye 1523 reported on internal Facebook presentations from 2018 in which the company admitted that "64 percent of all extremist group joins are due to our recommendation tools".
Facebook as a major vector for riots.

I don't know where this revisionism has come from about the suffragettes - people saying "if the suffragettes were around today, they'd be considered terrorists."
The suffragettes were arrested and tortured, sexually assaulted and beaten by the state. They *were* considered terrorists!
