We just spent a glorious week in Canada seeing how we COULD live. It was hard to come back here.

Go. Now. Don’t wait. This place is a dream. We are in Alberta right now but Quebec City is also unreal.

I’m an American vacationing in Canada right now. It’s beautiful. People are lovely. The news is real. So refreshing.

I love this!! I’m definitely gonna start doing this from now on. I made a stir fry not too long ago, and the next day used the rice for fried rice. Mixed in a huge bunch of chopped up chard and it tasted great and added a ton of nutrients.

How do you use them after thawing? I never thought I could freeze chard.

Have you sent away for a soil analysis? Once I ordered a badrillion cubic yards of expensive compost only to discover it had no nitrogen. At all. I cried.
