i’m in the “better off” part. i know i will be bleeding my parents dry, though, and i’m at the point where if it comes between my medical bills and them losing everything, i’d hope they’d let me push them to choose themselves. i may not outlive them but i’d prefer their remaining years be stable.

yeah its not ideal for me with my chronic body-falls-apart-at-random issues to have to drive at least 35 mins to get to any store with a wider collection of merchandise than just a 3ft section of the shelf. it’s why we rely so much on online shopping, specifically amazon
