This just amazes me. This year, 2026, marks the 50th anniversary of The Man Called Nova. FIFTY YEARS!!! How is that possible?

We're already seeing our closest allies making trade deals around us. Countries are looking for other, more stable providers. NATO is finding a path forward where the US is a junior unreliable partner. Allies aren't sharing intelligence data with us anymore.

Incredible opinion. It holds that the common ICE tactic of jumping out of an unidentified rental vehicle and seizing suspected noncitizens while masked violates the Fourth Amendment because the *manner* of the seizure is incompatible with a free society governed by the rule of law.

DC leadership greenlighting an unnecessary story addition that only makes the entire cringe worthy story even more icky feeling. Never saw the appeal to the original story, but doubling down to make the animated version an extra level worse was certainly a choice.

Dkt. 7. Respondents finally filed the balance of their supporting documentation by 4:06 P.M, February 18.1 Dkt. 9. Respondents never moved the Court for an extension of time to file their response or supporting documentation. Third Declaration o f[REDACTED] in Response to Text-Only Order ECF No. 7, Dkt. 10, at ¶ 9 (hereinafter “3d. [REDACTED] Decl.”). They never even contacted Counsel for Petitioner to inform him of the late filing. Feds blew a deadline in one of my habeas cases. Didn't file everything until 4pm the next day. Court ordered the AUSA to explain why he filed late. His response? It was 11:30pm and “I do not know how to file documents through CMECF.”
