I donโt think anyone is prepared for what they just did w/ ICE.
This is not a simple budget increase. It is an explosion - making ICE bigger than the FBI, US Bureau of Prisons, DEA,& others combined.
It is setting up to make whatโs happening now look like childโs play. And people are disappearing.
The UK also does not know how ventilation works. Most windows only open a crack and there's no forced air. It can get much warmer inside a building than outside.

Additionally, results for the efficiency over the number of target evaluations are shown.

Nihar analyzed a large number of public LVK events. The models are expensive, making the study impossible using conventional techniques. Instead, Nihar used our simulation-based inference code, DINGO, which uses neural networks for rapid results. He double checked results using importance sampling.

๐ Main result: We find evidence that three GW eventsโGW190701, GW200129, GW200208โare eccentric. This is shown in their posterior probability distributions, where the eccentricity parameter is well away from zero. These plots compare observational data to our theoretical models.
