I find it much easier to love both in theory than in practice.

Reading the AJC article made it seem almost like they plan to keep up the work under other offices. The president seemed to admit she was a fan. And I do suspect they arent obeying in advance so much as their targetting hasnt been as public. But I still think this was the wrong move.

When I was a hospital chaplain in an area with a lot of very fundamentalist types, there was a semi-common trend of people expecting the end times any day. It allowed a sort of escape from reality to have a "soon this won't matter" framework.
