Building on our EMBO study (doi.org/10.15252/emb...), we explored "why HSP70 inhibits CHIP E3 ligase". Using C. elegans, we found HSP70 limits CHIP under stress to prevent excessive substrate turnover, preserving germline function. Read more: www.jbc.org/article/S002... #Celegans #Proteostasis
