Thrilled to see a couple of tūī not far from my house in Huntsbury. I’ve never seen them in Ōtautahi before. I stood and listened to them for about 10 minutes. Sorry - photo doesn’t do them justice.

Scapegrace is also the name of an excellent gin made here in Aotearoa New Zealand. I never even thought about what the name meant! Now I know 🙂

Today's rally just after the cops turned up. I think Nicola arrived at the same time as them but not 100% sure because a car dropped someone off directly in front of the entrance who then kept their back to us (typical). The rest of the event attendees walked over from the car park. #nzpol #bhn
