Metabolism Book Recommendations for Christmas and Chanukah. Beautifully written, unintimidating and with firm clarity. β€œLiving without Oxygen” by Peter Hochachka. The chapter on diving is particularly insightful and explains how the heart oxidizes lactate when needed. A joy to read. ❀️
